Case Loading and Cleaning
Cases are loaded and cleaned to ensure a contaminant-free assembly environment.

Water Cooling Plate Test & Insulation Installation
Test air-tightness of the cooling plate and install bottom insulation strip.
03.
Component Assembly
Components are precisely installed inside the battery case.
04.
Case Glue Application
Glue is uniformly applied inside the case to ensure secure sealing.

Module Insertion and Fastening
Battery modules are inserted into the case and firmly fastened.
06.
HV/LV Harness and BMU Installation
High-voltage and low-voltage wiring harnesses and the Battery Management Unit are installed.

Seal Gasket Installation
Seal gaskets are installed to ensure airtightness.

Cover Installation and Front Panel Fastening
The cover is installed and the front panel is securely fastened.

Water Cooling System Air-tightness Test
